The pub is operating since 1890 and was extended in the eighties with a magnificent lounge at the rear of the very cosy front bar. It is in turn key, ready to open with a full seven day licence,  bar facilities, keg cooling system , all counter taps and furniture.

The pub is steeped in GAA history and a great story with every picture from County to Club.

The village also hosts a traditional festival every year which attracts people from literally all over the world.
